General Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are not possible after the 7-day window, regardless of the circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
- Non-delivery of service: If your order was not processed or your service was not activated within the stated delivery timeframe (usually within 12–24 hours).
- Technical issues: If there are verified, unresolved technical problems with your IPTV service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Non-Refundable Services
All IPTV subscriptions, reseller packages, and digital products sold through xmaxtv are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, activated, or accessed.
